Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through Zhzoo, you agree to the terms stated below. These guidelines are provided to help you clearly understand our return and refund policies. The terms apply within the United States.

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.

B. MISSING RETURN LABEL? NO WORRIES

Return labels are not included in our shipments. If you need one, just email us at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

C. HOW TO RETURN

To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number and full name

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., a screenshot or order confirmation)

  • Reason for the return

For faster processing, attach a photo or video showing the issue if the item is defective or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your return—usually within 24 hours of arrival—we’ll send you an email confirming the status. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.

D. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We only accept exchanges for defective products, wrong items, or incorrect sizing based on the order. To request an exchange, email us at [email protected].

E. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are offered only for damaged, incorrect, or faulty items. To request one, reach out to [email protected].com.

– Return shipping is free for defective items.

F. REFUNDS

We’ll notify you once we receive and evaluate your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method.

Please note, it may take a few additional business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

G. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After that, cancellation may not be possible depending on the status of your order in production.

Make sure to double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Any failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer. Thanks for your understanding.
